This is one of the reasons that, in addition to face to face, I offer a telephone and online counselling service, making counselling easy to access in your own home, at work, or in any other space where you feel comfortable without the need to travel so we can have counselling where ever you are in the world.

Whatever medium you choose the cost is the same with each session lasting for up to 50 minutes. Although there isn’t a limit to the amount of sessions you have I often find that most difficulties can be improved in quite a short space of time so between 6 and 10 sessions would be usual, with us reviewing this number during the counselling.
Counselling starts with an assessment to establish your difficulties and how you are currently coping. We work together to understand what areas of your life you want to change and we set a focus and goals on how you can achieve the changes.
